Dairy Producers of New Mexico's has an Annual Convention with a Trade Show and Golf Tournament every summer in Ruidoso, NM. The 2008 Convention is set for June 20-21, 2008. The Trade Show is held at the Ruidoso Convention Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. The Golf Tournament is held on Saturday beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Golf Course.

In 2007, the cost for an exhibitor’s booth at the Trade Show was $450 for a “10 x 10” space, $50 extra for electricity. The cost for sponsoring the Trade Show or a Golf Hole was $250. The golf player fee was $110. The golf player fee for 2008 will be $125. The other rates could increase for 2008 as well.

Associate members receive registration forms for the Convention in early April. Then, about a week or so later, forms are sent to non-members who request it. If you submit your request before December 15, 2007, you will receive information about joining as a 2008 Associate Member. If you do not receive anything by April 15, 2008, please resubmit your information.
